700 series dispensing pistons 700 Series syringe
pistons are manufactured to the very highest possible quality
delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to
packaging, pistons and barrels are guaranteed to be free of silicone
contaminants and imperfections. |

Syringe
barrels are no- draft walls with consistent internal diameters that fit
perfectly with pistons to guarantee consistent and highly accurate fluid
dispensing.
Pistons wipe the syringe
insides as liquid is dispensed by a close tolerance fit. This eliminates
air entrapment and fluid shear. Pistons are available in 3 styles to
suit different liquid types.
Barrel adapters are
one-piece precision moulded for a safe and secure attachment.
Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread
across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal
pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the
syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Maximum operating
pressure is 100psi (6.9bar).
Wiper pistons (white) are industry standard
and a slightly tighter fit for use with low to medium viscosity fluids
or with mechanical devices such as the TS700 series
manual syringe gun to prevent leakage past the
double wiping edges.
"Easy Flow" pistons (blue) are recommended
for most general applications and they ensure no material residue is
left on the syringe barrel walls while dispensing.
Straight wall pistons (red) are
recommended for reduced stringing and "bouncing" with high viscosity
products. Also available in bulk packs of
1000.
