Dispensing Nozzles
Industrial grade
nozzles for use with cartridges or spool valves. All nozzles feature
a 1/4" NPT thread for secure attachment to cartridge. Made from
silicone-free plastics. Use nozzles for applying most glues,
adhesives, pastes, gels, greases, silicones, sealants, epoxies and
other assembly fluids. |

Use nozzles for dispensing
from cartridges and dispense valves. All products are
silicone free and safe for use to 100 psi. All feature an industry
standard 1/4" NPT thread to cartridge or
for use with spool valves. If using with
pre-filled sealant and silicone cartridge tubes that feature an external
nozzle thread to cut, part number TSD931-296
is required. These nozzles can also be cut back to increase orifice
size. Natural
polyethylene materials. All nozzles are supplied in sealed packs of 10 or
larger bulk quantities.

Roller nozzles work by
threading to the cartridge and allowing liquid
to feed through a series of precision holes onto the moving roller. Roller
nozzles have a 1/4" NPT thread to securely attach to the cartridge and
provide a leak free dispensing action. |
Special nozzles with soft
nylon rollers for use with dispensing guns and valves. Feature a 1/4"
NPT thread for safe attachment to all cartridges. Roller can be removed
for easy cleaning or replaced. For the controlled application of pastes,
greases, gels, oils, coatings and other liquids. In 1" or 2" wide
diameters. Spread liquids to surfaces with ease.

If you use a standard 310ml
filled sealant or silicone type cartridge, you can use our nozzles with the
aid of special adapter fittings. These fitting thread (or push on) over the
external nozzle nipple of a sealant cartridge and offers a 1/4" NPT female
thread. This 1/4" NPT thread size will accept all of our nozzles. For direct
nozzle attachment or syringe filling from 310ml cartridges. |
