General Purpose precision dispensing tips We offer the widest range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, dispense bottles, dispense valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Luer lock secure attachment for leak free dispensing.

The TE needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and chloride free. Designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives and safe for use to 100 psi. These tips are also available with 45 or 90 degree bend which are suitable for applying fluids inside the bore of products or under components. Tips are despatched within 24 hours.

All needle tips are safe to use up to 100 psi air pressure. They are supplied in standard packs of 50 or in bulk packs of 1000 tips.

	General purpose tips are shipped in the UK by Interlink Express on a next day tracked and insured service. For Europe deliveries, items are shipped via DPD or Air Express. For all international shipments, items are sent RM Signed-For or via FedEx.

	Using these products
	General purpose tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. When dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.

	General purpose tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. These Tips are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial use.

	Silicone-Free Components
	General purpose tips are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
