watery liquids to thick pastes. In sizes from 1cc to 60cc. Air powered
barrels are safe for use to 100 psi and are silicone free. Manual
syringes include plunger rod and rubber wiper pistons. Available as
syringe barrels only or packaged in kits including pistons. Our components
are safe, strong and most are available direct from stock.

use with pneumatic dispensers and manual SyringeGuns. In sizes 3cc to
55cc and available in clear, amber or black. Silicone free and
industrial grade safe to 100 psi. Featuring low draft internal bore and
luer lock tip attachment. Barrels feature wide flange attachment to most
dispensing equipment.

Pistons |

Pistons for use with all barrels from 3cc to 55cc.
Standard white PE pistons for most liquids, new blue Easy-Flow pistons
to reduce drips and red SPE flat walled pistons for stringy thick
liquids. Pistons ensure liquid and pastes are evenly pushed out of the
syringe barrel to prevent waste.

provide an airtight seal for filled syringes. End caps for sizes 3cc to
55cc, either push on type or clip on end caps. Tip caps for use with all

Adapter assemblies provide a safe and secure air connection from
pneumatic dispenser to syringe barrel. Available in sizes 3cc, 5cc,
10cc, 30cc and 55cc. Hose lengths of 3 foot or 6 foot. The adapter head
is a one piece moulded bayonet type with rubber o-ring. The tube end
features a male quick connect to dispenser. Safe to 100 psi.

Low cost manual syringe guns for the controlled
application of adhesives, pastes, gels, silicones, sealants, RTVs,
lubricants and epoxies. Lightweight yet robust to handle all viscosity
materials. A 7:1 ratio leverage provides less hand fatigue than other
guns. Rod moves 1/8" to provide a repeat deposit. For dots or beads of
liquids.
