The dual system is available in 50ml, 200ml and 400ml sizes. All 3 systems - 50ml, 200ml and
400ml, are available in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios and take a
variety of mixer nozzles.
Both components are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge
system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer,
where thorough mixing takes place. The static
mixer nozzles are available in
different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements.
One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents
of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily
closed and stored for further use, without the material curing.
Packs
include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals.
